We want you to be completely satisfied with Formailo. If it's not the right fit, we'll work with you to make it right. We believe in fair, transparent policies that respect your investment.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

- • New subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
- • First-time annual plan purchases
- • Monthly plans within first 30 days
- • Technical issues preventing service use
- • Duplicate/accidental charges
Not Eligible
- • Subscriptions older than 30 days
- • Accounts terminated for policy violation
- • Usage-based overages already consumed
- • Change of mind after extended use
- • Renewals (cancel before renewal date)
3. Refund Amounts by Plan Type

Formailo's Free plan lets you evaluate the product risk-free, with no time limit:

- Upgrade to a paid plan only when you're ready

- Downgrade back to the Free plan at any time
5. How to Request a Refund

6. Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime from your account settings:
- Subscription remains active until end of billing period
- You retain access to paid features until then
- Downgraded to Free plan after billing period
- Data retained for 90 days, then deleted
- Export your data before cancellation
7. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew to avoid service interruption. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in settings. We send reminder emails 7 days before renewal. Renewal charges are not refundable once processed.
8. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. For payment issues:
- Contact us first at billing@formailo.com
- Paddle handles the actual refund transaction
- Refund appears on statement as "Paddle" or "Paddle.com"
- Currency conversion rates may vary
9. Failed Payments
If payment fails, we'll notify you and retry for 7-14 days. Update payment in settings to avoid service interruption. After grace period, account downgraded to Free plan.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback—we'll work to resolve any issue. Chargebacks for legitimate charges may result in account suspension.
11. Policy Changes
We may update this policy with reasonable notice. Changes apply to new purchases; existing subscriptions honor the policy at time of purchase.
